Readers’ advisory: Go with the flow
We all want to help our patrons, right? Helping them find their next great read can be as simple as going with the flow -- as long as it's *their* flow. Like library staff, readers have different MOs when it comes to finding books and different ideas about how they’d like to ask a librarian for help -- or if they want to ask for help at all.
