After hearing that many LibraryAware customers use promotions to store and organize their outreach and communication materials, we have changed “Promotions” to “Folders” and have introduced new tools that allow users to find, edit and publish files quickly. This update makes it easier for users to create and organize their work.
The folders page includes several smart views for quick access to all your folders or those you might access most frequently, including folders created by you, those you’ve accessed most recently, and those you’ve starred. There’s also a brand-new All Items view, where you can see every file across all the folders in your LibraryAware account.
LibraryAware users can sort their folders by any column at the top of the folders table. Additional controls on the page allow users to search for a specific folder, download a CSV file of all their folders, or filter the folders list.
Within a folder, or the All Items smart view, an image of each file will help users find the one they need immediately. With one click, users can create a new item, edit a file, or open a menu that allows the file to be printed or published to one of the organization’s communication channels.
