NoveList Welcomes Lori Reed As Our New Customer Experience Coordinator

Lori Reed joined NoveList earlier this year as the Customer Experience Coordinator for all NoveList products, including NoveList Select and NextReads. She dedicates her time to ensuring an excellent customer experience, from the placement of the order through the setup, creating a long-term relationship with customers in the process. While using the Feedback link will put you in contact with a NoveList Support Representative, customers are welcome to contact Lori with any issues for immediate assistance.  Lori is here to ensure that you are getting the most out of your library’s NoveList and NextReads subscriptions.

Before joining NoveList, Lori spent twelve years working at the Charlotte Mecklenburg Public Library in Charlotte, NC doing everything from staff development to working the reference desk, and even leading the occasional story time. She holds her Bachelor of Science in Communications from East Carolina University and is the coauthor of Workplace Learning & Leadership: A Handbook for Libraries and Nonprofit Trainers. When not working or chasing her two children, Lori enjoys reading nonfiction as well as fantasy and sci-fi.
