Our team of discovery experts and technicians work tirelessly to continue to create a better discovery product for libraries and their users on the back end of the service. But discovery customers can also leverage the value of EDS at their library by communicating and connecting with one another.
EBSCO has created several “community” options in order to facilitate discussion, giving EDS users a sounding board where they can share ideas, view success stories from other customers, and provide input among peers—a service that is intrinsic to the EDS experience. Through these communities—including the ListServ, Wiki, Newsletter and Support Center—we can help each other to make EDS the best possible discovery solution for every library collection.
