The information and technology department consists of the following teams: database design, development & production, product management, services engineering, enterprise architecture, enterprise business intelligence, enterprise systems development, systems & networking, and application engineering.
This department provides content for health care professionals and patients. This team consists of professionals from diverse backgrounds including doctors, nurses, clinicians, therapists, medical writers, editors, project managers, operations managers, content analysts and more.
The Content Management department receives licensed periodicals and books and processes the content for inclusion in EBSCO databases. Other professionals working in the Content Management Department have positions in abstracting/editing, project management, business analysis, supply chain management and more.
The customer satisfaction department provides technical support, relationship management and customer training. This group consists of technical support representatives, customer account specialists, operations support, training specialists, support documentation, and catalog specialists.
The sales department generates new business and provides expert support to current clients in all product markets including medical sales, academic sales, corporate sales, government sales, and library sales. Sales positions include inside sales representatives, account executives, customer account specialists, regional sales managers, and sales directors.
There are diverse job opportunities in the marketing department including graphic designers, web developers, art directors, communication specialists, content writers, project managers, marketing coordinators, web developers, copywriters, public relations specialists, competitive analysis specialists, and conferences and events managers.
