Extensive in scope, this research database provide users with a wealth of professional and scholarly tools encompassing the broad spectrum of sociological study. This trusted database features more than 2.1 million records with subject headings from a 28,000+ term sociological thesaurus designed by subject experts and lexicographers and contains abstracts for more than 1,500 "core" coverage journals dating as far back as 1895. In addition, SocINDEX provides data mined from more than 420 "priority" coverage journals as well as over 2,919 "selective" coverage journals.
