EBSCO's Editorial Department is the content production team that secures subscriptions to journals and magazines that are licensed by either working directly with the publisher or borrowing from libraries. Articles are then scanned into images, or processed from electronic data, so that abstracts can be written and subject headings applied. The Editorial group also tags full text articles and creates and maintains discipline-specific controlled vocabularies.

This involves analyzing reports and data to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and drive projects forward. This individual will take ownership of forward thinking & development, and track marketplace trends as they relate to imaging operations, and driving continuous improvements.
